Ingenii Interactive Co. is a privately owned enterprise founded in January, 1996 by Ryan Addams, a writer, programmer, and entrepreneur. Ryan Addams is also known as Vassago, creator of one of the most popular IRCII scripts of all time, PhoEniX.

Ingenii Interactive develops Materia Magica and the I-MOTION family of entertainment products, such as the Moongate Client.
